If a phone is locked to Vodaphone UK and blacklisted, i can unlock the phone through your service, however it will still be blacklisted, therefore will not be able to use with any UK Network?

Hey Andy. Yes, after the unlock your iPhone will not be usable inside UK (And to any other country that shares the same blacklist with UK).
