I bought an iPhone 6s+ and it's blacklisted, the company carrier is cricket I believe, is it garented that it will be removed from the blacklist?

The Network Unblacklist service will remove the LOST/STOLEN status of your iPhone from a specific Mobile's network Blacklist.

For example, the T-Mobile USA Unblacklist service, will remove the LOST/STOLEN status of your iPhone, from T-Mobile's USA blacklist (It will not remove the LOST/STOLEN iCloud status).

After the Unblacklist service, you will be able to use this iPhone with the network that blacklisted your iPhone (Make sure that your iPhone does not have Outstanding Financial Balance with that particular Mobile Network).
