Hi, I have 2 IPhone 5s. They are Icloud Locked. Can they Still be Unlocked as well?

Hello Ethan, yes they can be unlocked, but they will stay iCloud locked. Which means that you will have no use of them. First you need to remove the iCloud Locks, and then proceed with a Network Unlock. Contact us, so we can help you better!
