Hi have bought a iPhone 6s Plus went through iCloud unlock in uk I'm in Australia they said they could do it then after $98 5 days and then they say they can not do because it's lost stolen and in find my phone And no refund just a voucher to use through them and to wait for the premium service I know it's locked to Telstra because it accepts my sim can you help me before I send funds or am I wasting my time with a phone I'll never get to use thanks Luke

Hey Luke. ICloud Activation Lock can be removed, but you will have to first know the Apple ID of your device. If you do not know it, you can find it from the following link (iCloud Contact Information Service): https://www.iphoneunlock.zone/icloud-contact-information-service/
