Hello Fredy. If you mean with the "Block" that it is blacklisted, then for the time being there is not an unlocking solution. If you mean that it is just Locked, certain requirements should be met in order to be eligible for an unlock. You can use our SIM-Lock removal request service, to make a full IMEI Check to it, find its Contract, Warranty, Financial (And much more checks) status, find if it is eligible for their unlocking policies, and then request from them a SIM-Lock removal.
