Some sell real product, but very few. Mostly fakes. I have bought knock off purses that are great fakes and some not so good ones.
Your only protection is if you pay with PayPal. It's written in the contract. If you pay directly using your credit card you have absolutely no protection if you don't receive item or its faulty. The credit card companies do not have any staff who investigate such matters as lost or faulty items.
