I bought a rolex for $4650 at an auction. it was send by usps with an insurance of $50. i never got it. the auction house states it was delivered to someone (bur not to me), so they cannot do anything. what is the opinion of invaluable?

Has anyone had problems with kamelot auction on artfact? i had them double a bid when the listing was for a pair, not 2x the money on two lots. several other lots i bought listed as a pair were sold for 1x the money. i am trying to get this resolved. they also switched lots on me which may have been an honest mistake although the lot they were giving me was a much lower price lot than the one i purchased and now shows up as passed in their archive. they also shipped a lot of mine to another customer and are still trying to get it back 6 weeks later. i'm not sure they know where it is. i caught all these errors and was and still am a having to make the calls to inquire about the issues and follow up. they never called me back although they said they would. i notice they have switched from artfact to live auctioneers for their next auction and have clearly noted in huge font two times the money on some items.
