If all buyers, online and on the floor are charged a 20% premium yet floor buyers can retract a bid and online cannot, how is this fair. granted not all auction houses charge the same but 15-20% is ridiculous to begin with. how do you justify this and why have you not made it possible for online users to retract. do you want me to answer this? no! but i would like to hear yours. thank you, ken
