Hi Galya, I am not familiar with the specific interview content that you would be facing. This program helps with traditional interviews (structured and unstructured) and behavioral interviews. If this is a technical interview to test your knowledge of a specific subject matter, such as computer programming problems or police procedure, Given what you shared, I suspect that this program could help with some questions, but not those technical aspects. I would encourage you to connect with an expert in that field who has gone through the process.

So as an educator, you're going to have three potential categories of questions: technical questions, behavioral questions, and traditional questions. Technical questions include, "What are the Common Core standards for students in your subject at your grade level?" or "Walk me through a typical lesson plan." These are areas that you should know from your work, but that our program doesn't cover. Behavioral questions include, "Tell me about a particularly disruptive student you've had, and how you managed this behavior effectively." Our program will take you step-by-step through answering these questions. Traditional questions include, "In what type of environment do you thrive?" or "What are your biggest strengths?" Our program will actually create custom built answers for you, based on your personal profile of motivations, strengths, values and personality traits. I hope this helps! An MP3 ia an audio file that you can play on your phone or computer :) If you don't use them, that's okay too. It's just another way to access the content.

Hi Steven, Thanks for your question, and please feel free to email us anytime, should you have more questions. I have spoken with clients who have gotten a big boost and the job after just a couple hours, and others who have invested a full weekend or more. So it really varies by the individual. In general, I encourage individuals to invest as much time as they can. The more you can "wow" your interviewer, the better your position to both land the job and earn a better starting salary. My recommendation would be to connect with someone who was recently hired at your level and invested heavily in technical preparation to guide you. A recently minted MBA in finance could be a great resource to consider as well.
