Why do you take money from credit card without permission?

They took $99 without my knowledge and told me it was in the "fine print". He told me this happens to a lot of people. But the guy did immediately refund the money but it might take 3 days.

The shoppers have been great but this is not the first time I had issues with the company. They charged me TWICE and I had to fight to get a refund.

SHODDY WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
