I am an employer looking for candidates. i posted a job description and tried to contact a candidate, i was then told my account is suspended and i can appeal to be unsuspended. what is going on?

An ad we placed on seek.com was placed by someone else (or a computer) onto indeed. the position has been filled (not from indeed applicants) and i we still keep receiving applications from via the indeed website. how can i delete the indeed listing?
