When i post job, a few later the account was disabled? how to make it still active without disabled???????? please help to resolve this problem

I set up an indeed account for boardwalkventures.apr@gmail.com on 8/25/15. since then i have been charged $1643. 91. (i've even been charged since yesterday after i canceled it over a month ago. for the last four months, the replies have often been unable to even be reached making me suspicious of the numerous clicks and huge amount of money i have spent. i have only hired one person from indeed and had to fire him in a matter of days. not only was his resume a lie but he was completely unreliable. i would like my money returned to me. the applications i received appear sketchy and to be spam. looking over the reviews it appears others have had similar experiences. thank you for understanding, dr. sutton

Both of your positions ran in December, spending a total of $95.63 for the month, which you were charged for on January 1st. You have full access to stopping the postings at any time or contacting us if you are not receiving qualified candidates, so we would not be able to offer a full refund in this situation.
