on 4/6/20Have you downloaded the app? You will have to email them with your issue if you are having trouble but they most likely will put the blame on you and say it's on your end. Make sure everything is up to date on your computer or phone. Some browsers do not support InboxDollars so that may be an issue. But if you are all up to date and it for sure isn't on your end, take photos and email them with the problem.
