Why don't you have customer service that can be contacted with out leaving a message?. Horrible service and I would never recommend you!

I am trying to cancel my inbox.com account but they not at all responding since 1week. Also as shown in help page, they remove Manage option
I was using 8GB plan & suddenly they force to change it to 1TB plan which is not at all worth for me looking at my mail frequency & data transfer.
