I have been an inbox customer for 8 years and loved it until I was told that the free version would be discontinued. I went ahead to upgrade to a premium account and found that the only payment option is PayPal, which I don't have. PayPal is a company who has been hacked repeatedly and I have no intention of going there. What's the problem with accepting a credit card or a money order?

I have had inbox for about 10 years and loved it. Charging for email is BS... most companies DO NOT CHARGE for email accounts. I recommend switching. I have switched to GMX and am happy with them also.

I am trying to cancel my inbox.com account but they not at all responding since 1week. Also as shown in help page, they remove Manage option

I was using 8GB plan & suddenly they force to change it to 1TB plan which is not at all worth for me looking at my mail frequency & data transfer.

I read a notice that Google was shutting down 'inbox.com' in March of 2019. Yet nothing is on the inbox.com website to confirm this. Is inbox closeing
