Allegedly 13 plus, also allegedly different server for kids and adults. Not true, adults can't go in kids chat IF kid was truthful when loading imvu. Kids that do show underage can go in all chat rooms. Only truthful kids need age verification and parents permission, if they lie, imvu has their b covered with 20 pages of "regulations "

They will not give it back i promise you, I tried to get mine back it was hacked and they said that theres no proof that its mine. When my $#*!ing name and everything was on it. I am mad as $#*!.

If your on Twitter or Facebook you could message the CEO about it. I use to try to login like normal and something would pop-up where you'd be redirect to customer service and fill out help ticket. Before getting pass the login you'd have to input your account avatar name, password and I think email address.
