Is there a monthly /yearly fee for the cloud storage of my videos? Can I download my videos to a portable USB drive after they are converted?

Hi Richard, During your 30 days of online access you have the ability to download your media at no additional cost. After the 30 days the account will go inactive, and we will have the option to subscribe $5.99/month or $49.99/year. With no subscription we eventually move toward deleting the files we have stored.
