I have 3 ½ inch video disks that need to be transferred to a media that I can view on my computer. Can you do this?

How will I know what year the film is drom? Ex. Thanksgiving 1969 VS Thanksgiving 1973? The reels are labeled, will imemories label it on thecloud?
Will the digitized versions of my tapes be arranged in chronological order (I have written date ranges on the tape covers).
Do you transfer labels (with date and activity) on tapes to the digitalized copies?
