I was going to order a key and remote from you for my acura mdx 2012 but after reading some of the reviews i am a bit leary to say the least. i understand these are refurbished i believe but one person said his looked very used and others stated how they had so many problems coding it or getting it to work. i wanted to order several other items but now i just don't know what to do, maybe get one from dealer for, probably twice as much. some reviews were good but then o got to the one star ones. but i really want a replacement and stephanie seems to respond to bad reviews so hoping if i go with you i can be assured it will work and not look old and used etc. thanks susanne@ iamsus@me.com
