For UK customers why do you not advise that there will be a hefty delivery charge from DHL when the goods are ordered from you? This 'import duty charge' which in my case was £14 was not advertised by you, not authorized by me and was only advised by DHL when the goods were in transit. This is both unethical and illegal. DHL made me pay the charge under duress stating that the package would not be delivered unless payment was made. An explanation and reimbursement of £14 should now be made you.
