Contact the consumer law agency in your state/country. Also, you should contact your bank and give them the details of the business that has scammed you and ask the bank to cancel any further payments to them. Depending on the bank you are with, some banks will actually reimburse you and chase the scam company for the money. This happened to me with a different product, and CBA reimbursed my money themselves.
