You need a patent to protect your idea from being stolen. Patents are acquired from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. USPTO.gov

Answer:

You need to contact the United States Patent and Trademark office to find out whether your idea is unique enough to acquire a Design Patent. Go to USPTO.Gov and click on Contact Us in the Top Right Corner which will take you to a page with phone numbers for the various offices.
