They are a scam company. They put my account on hold and demanded that I send them a picture of myself holding my ID and debit card to proceed with the transaction, but not before charging my bank account. When contacting Support, they said the photos I sent were unintelligible (which was a bold lie) and never sent me the keys that they charged me for.

Not hard at all because they choose not to answer your emails :)
