I CALLED FOR REPAIR SERVICE 7-13. Rear wheels are making horrible loud squeeling noises. My doctor verfication is in order for this year. Chair is 2 yrs. Old. Claim was opened and I was told that when insurance approval clears, MEDICARE, they will send out the wheels. I stated and who will install them? Answer from HR. Don't you have a friend or husband who can do that? I am in a wheelchair and have been for 12 years, 74 and my husband is handicapped. I thought service was covered by my insurance and we were not expected to repair our own wheelchairs. I can't believe this!

Had a similar problem when I needed my batteries changed. Hoveround dispatch sucks big time. Their field servicer are great. When you order the wheels tell them of your situation and INSIST a repairman come out. Might cost for the visit.
