I made 2 separate orders 10 days ago why hasn't my order been shipped?

IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER THAT WAS NOT RECEIVED YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO REQUEST A REFUND. I ordered a hoverboarde from this site still haven't gotten it and i'm wanting to get money back how can i since seems like a scam. anyone help plz.

Answer:

Call your Bank and tell them you were scamed and they will file a claim for you so that you will be able to get your money back

This site has got to be a joke! they took my money,only response is an automated message. i believe it's time to contact the bbb and file a complaint. they do not ship same day, they are obviously not working 7 days a week. don't answer calls, don't respond to orders. $199 for what? a huge headache of now trying to figure out how to get my money back. also a child's birthday gift that won't be received! thanks hoverboarder! i will find every way possible to mark this company as thieves and take them off the web!

I will be contacting the federal trade commisioner and the BBB. Everyone else should also.
