I have been trying to return my son hoverboard 360 bc the wheel quit turning however i can not get a response. i was happy with product until it tore up. i simply just wanted them to replace product, i did not want a refund but i can not get a response. how do you go about filing a complaint?

Answer:

Did you receive a new board yet and is it working? We are having the same issue with the wheel and I cannot get a response by email. And like everyone says you cannot reach the company by phone because you wait on hold for 11 minutes then the recording tells you the answering system is full and hangs up on you.
