How do I get my order to actually go through? I've tried about a dozen times with 2 different cards and on 2 different browsers and keeps saying "unable to process order" I am using a gift card and then paying the remainder on my card. Is that the issue?

Go to the BBB. Have all your facts ready when you do so. I never ordered directly from Houzz. I used a contractor they had listed that out right stole $13,000 plus from us. I submitted a review based on that fact and they wouldn't post it. I had to go to site jabber, then all the sudden they posted my review. Could have been a coincidence. It was the BBB that finally got us our cabinets. It was a lousy install with missing parts, but at least we got something for our money.

I have seen a lot of complaints about people not receiving their products ordered directly through Houzz, or not being happy with the quality. I will never look to Houzz again for contractor reviews. Nor will I have anything to do with them for that matter, given the other complaints I've seen. It was fun looking at their pictures for fun and ideas though.
