I see your reviews are low score but I've ordered before and I have to say, I like ordering from eBay "House of CB USA" I have great experience but I also did online purchase and tried to do an exchange, this took place about a month ago. I have never had such a bad experience by a person who did nothing but yell, and dare to tell me that's too bad we can't do anything, she was so unprofessional and very loud that I stopped ordering directly from the online store. I do order from EBay, the items may have faults but because of the great customer service I keep coming back for more orders.
Customer service and professionalism is very important whether I could get the exchange or not I would have understood, but this questions how or what type of people House of CB USA is hiring
