Does anyone know what happened to Hotel Plus? All websites are down and phones no longer in service. Are we just screwed?

I just received a call from the hotel I am booked with. They said they'd just received information that HotelPlus "seized operations" and that I need to rebook directly with the hotel in order to keep my reservation. I did that and am now disputing HotelPlus with my credit card company.
