Does anyone know if a class action lawsuit has been filed against this company? we would like to participate...

Answer:

I don't know but it is apparent the company spent a great deal of time soliciting staff to file fictitious reviews above...! I would be very interested in participating in such a suit!

Does anyone know what happened to hotel plus? all websites are down and phones no longer in service. are we just screwed?

Answer:

I just received a call from the hotel I am booked with. They said they'd just received information that HotelPlus "seized operations" and that I need to rebook directly with the hotel in order to keep my reservation. I did that and am now disputing HotelPlus with my credit card company.
