I don't know but it is apparent the company spent a great deal of time soliciting staff to file fictitious reviews above...! I would be very interested in participating in such a suit!

Answer:
I just received a call from the hotel I am booked with. They said they'd just received information that HotelPlus "seized operations" and that I need to rebook directly with the hotel in order to keep my reservation. I did that and am now disputing HotelPlus with my credit card company.
