Hi hoteling.com, i have emailed customerservicessg@hoteling.com 3x times to enquire about my booking (please email me to get the booking reference number). so far there is no response despite the multiple emails and waiting patiently. in the mean time, i have been charged the full amount on my credit card, and separate email to the hotel (metropolitan ikebukoro) says they have not reserved any reservation request. what's worse is that they said they are fully booked for the period i have requested for. they were fully booked weeks ago. hence they are not able to honour my reservation. since i do not have any response, i have asked my credit card company to withhold any payment to hoteling.com please contact me asap.

Answer:

There are so many other booking sites that actually DO NOT cause you to stress out. Please use those instead. Hoteling will send you a confirmation and take your money BUT, that doesn't mean you actually have a reservation.
