I ordered a radley bag three months ago and payed immediatly per credit card. i never received the bag or have heard something about! money is gone and i was obviously betrayed. i sended 10 e-mails on the horandandwagner.com side and never heard from these people again!

Answer:

I also purchased a supposed radley bag without realising this company is fake. I have an invoice and order confirmation for £87 but they took more money and have not responded to emails. My credit card company advised me I am covered against both the attempt to take additional money and the receipt of a counterfeit item, but will need to put in a dispute against the company and then they will take it forward with the sellers bank directly and I should get my money back. I have had to take prints of the order, my emails and several of the website as evidence. If you paid by credit card you should be covered just need to raise a dispute.
