“This is a fraudulent Radley site - BEWARE!”

6/16/15

This site looks very authentic - but it is NOT, in any way, shape or form! I ordered a blue Radley cross body bag for about £63.00 - RRP £109.00 so not quite half price. I did not receive an email confirmation but was able to print off my order from the website. I kept checking my credit card statement online, and after a few days a payment of £66.38 was taken - by a company in Shenzhen, China. I rang Radley and asked them about the site. They said they are aware of it, that it is fraudulent, that if I get anything at all, whatever I received was unlikely to be what it should be. I reported it to my credit card company but they said I have to wait 15 days to see whether anything is delivered. After 7 days I received, by air mail, a parcel from China... containing a cheap, black, plastic handbag, with "Michael Kors" in gold lettering across the front, and broken zips. It has a $463.00 price tag on it, which is an absolute joke. It looks like a £5 market handbag. SO BE WARNED!

My story is similar to the other reviews... paid for what I thought was a factory outlet Radley handbag. 10 days later a fake Prada arrived. I emailed got the very sorry response, send photos, etc. After about a week of emails going back and forward they stopped responding and now emails cannot be sent as the address is disabled.
I contacted Radley who said they are in the process of getting them closed down.
So annoyed with myself

I ordered a Radley bag from these cowboys and received a tatty plastic Michael Kors imitation worth about £3. I had my suspicions as soon as I ordered as I received no email conformation and when I tried to cancel the order nobody responded. How are these people allowed to get away with it. They are using the Radley name on there website and you think this is a genuine site. Now trying to get my money back, but fear the worst.

I ordered a handbag from this website & they lead you to believe that they are a Radley outlet. Luckily I paid on credit card and they are dealing with this matter. Ordered it 3 weeks ago but have received nothing. Received emails from someone who has very poor English & the tracking number is for a foreign courier service. So pleased I didn't pay by debit card. Stay well clear of Horan and Wagner.

Ordered a Radley Putney bag in May. Eventually received a fake, cheap Michael Kors bag. Was promised that the correct one would be sent but still waiting. Paid £86 for a load of rubbish. Have reported to credit card company. Have asked for refund but they are now not replying to e mails. Do NOT buy anything from Horan and Wagner.

What a pity didn't see this site before ---like others thought I was dealing with genuine site --total thieving rubbish --credit card bill indicates payment to China --but website identified as safe by security system(!)
Tried email to be informed email disabled --tried to track and found Netherlands address
PLEASE NOTE --when went on google search --located a Horan & Wagner in USA claiming to be a Law Firm --BUT-- when clicked on their website --it takes you to the FAKE radley website.!

NO STARS!

Similar to other complaint, I thought it's some sort of "outlet" store of Radley, and ordered a handbag worth £95, But as soon as I saw credit card charge was from China, I knew I've made a big mistake. Then, same thing, I received a fake, ugly, stinky (really smelled bad) Michael Kors bag. (Also with broken zipper, guess Chinese cannot even make zipper).
I wanted to see how far will they go, so I filed a "wrong item" complaint on their site, and asked for a return. They actually replied and said they want to help, asked me to send them photos of "wrong item", so they can "verify and report to their company". After I sent the photos, email was rejected immediately, it's invalid. Game over.
I would never ordered from this site if I've knew it's from China, guess they know that too, that's why they use a non-Chinese name. It's fraud and scam, avoid it.

Purchased Radley Gloucester Rd large Cerise bag 29/9, didn't arrive, contacted sales email with no response, checked bank account and more money had gone out of account that purchase order and it was at that point discovered the company was in China. All indications on website were that it was UK company. Very poor quality fake Michael Kors small red handbag arrived 13/10, on customs label was written that package contained shoes! Have contacted bank to report Fraud and open dispute, they advised me to report to ActionFraud police website which I have. Bank suggest take the fake bag to genuine retailer to confirm fake, and send all emails/invoice/confirmation of purchase etc to the bank. Regret not seeing this website before purchase. Buyers beware!.

Last night I purchased a Radley shoulder bag for £85 from www.horanandwagner.co.uk.
When I did not get a confirmation E-mail I started to panic.
This morning I decided to contact the site, but I could only find a. Com site(the. co.uk site seems to have been removed from google's list for some suspicious reason)
I then came across this SITEJABBER and was mortified to read the reviews.
I rang MasterCard and they said nothing could be done for 15 days, as other reviewers have said.
I have tried to E-mail the company, but no response or acknowledgement to my purchase.
I fear the worst, and I am worried about proving my purchase; or if in the invent I am sent a fake bag how I prove that to MasterCard. Any advice please?
Thanks to all the other reviewers for posting invaluable information. Susan

I ordered a Radley backpack from what presented itself as a warehouse for Radley on June 19.2015. Money was deducted but I only received a little fake Coach bag rather than the large leather bag. When I complained I was informed by an unidentified writer that it would take some time for a correction. After a while emails to that address bounced so I used the contact page for H & W and received replies from a different email address informing me that the bag was at customs. Again no action and no replies. It is over 100 days and no refund and no backpack.

I ordered a radley bag at the end of August from the site as it appeared to be a genuine outlet store with only Radley bags on sale.
The bag that arrived was not a radley but a horrid cheap plastic bag with gold zip and branding. No paperwork or anything in side the parcel.
I emailed them using the contact us form and explained what had happened. I got a reply asking for photo evidence before they could refund. The email used from them is a gmail.com address but the person never leaves a name of who I am talking to, despite me asking for their name.
Basically for 2 weeks now I have had emails back and forth going round in circles- they tell me they with help me apply for a refund and give compensation of 10% as well as a 10% discount on future order- no chance of me ever using this site again!
I just email back saying I would like a refund and also the cost of posting the item back to China first before l send it back.
One email suggested it will take a long time for the refund and I have to be patient!

I have now contacted my bank and have forwarded to them the copies of emails/ photos of the wrong back, the website address etc. Hoping that I will be able to be refunded one way!

No where does it say they are based in China and I would not have brought the back if I had! I was also charged an exchange rate and fees as they are not in UK so an £87 bag (cheap, plastic looking bag) that I didn't order has actually cost me £95.

Please avoid!

Oh if only I had seen those reviews before I purchased what should have been a Radley Handbag - as with other reviews on this site, paid £69 for a Radley bag, and was sent a very bad fake Prada bag. As soon as the payment went through and my secure banking didn't click on I started to panic, and I was right to panic as they sent me a fake bag. I then did all the usual stuff, contacted them, had to send them a photo, was offered 10% refund which I refused. Was told they would send me the right bag, which I refused and eventually was told I needed to be patient and they would send me a refund. So I waited and waited and no refund arrived, so tried to contact the customer service contact, only to find (as others have) that the email is sent back undelivered. Do NOT PURCHASE this is a SCAM site. I have since contacted Radley who are aware of this fake site and are trying to get it blocked!
I have since contacted bank to try and see if I was eligible for a refund via them - they have told me that I have to return the bag - although I have not got an address, they have said that the Post Office should be able to supply this via the parcel tracking. Once the parcel is returned I can then open up a resolution. To be honest I feel that to return the parcel will just cost me more money and the chances of the bank getting them to refund me my money is extremely slim!

Sadly a scam. I purchased a radley bag believing this seller to be an authorised supplier of radley products. The prices, whilst very good, did not appear to be too good to be true as such and the website looked professional... lesson learned as I did not do my research and check reviews and have since also been scammed by this seller.

I purchased and was invoiced for an £87 radley de Beauvoir bag. I received email confirmation with incorrect details and my suspicions were roused when I attempted to correspond via their given email address only to find the account has been suspended.

I contacted my credit card company who advised the chargeof on my account is from a company in China and exceeds the agreed amount. I have since contacted the authorities and raised a dispute on the charge.

Ultimately I am covered for the loss as my credit card company will take up a case directly with the sellers bank... however I am advised to send copies of order, invoices, correspondence and I have also sent details from this site to aid my dispute.

My credit card company advised I am not only covered for the amount if the company fail to supply the goods, I but also against receipt of counterfeit goods.

Credit card cancelled because the seller could potentially try to take other amounts now they have my card details.

I would seriously warn anyone from attempting to purchase from this site.

I also bought a bag.& was sent a cheap grubby bag, nothing remotely like I ordered. I contacted my bank immediately. Gave them copies of all the emails & pictures of the bag received and tpictures of the bag I was supposed to receive. They told me to tell Horan&Wagner (which is TQJM Co Ltd on my bank credit card statement) that I would send their bag back to them ONCE they paid for the courier & postage. I also had to contact Radleys & get them to confirm that the bag I received was NOT their bag & that they are NOT affiliated with Horan&Wagner (which is a chinese company called TQJM Co Ltd. Radley very kindly sent me the email to forward onto my bank. I also cancelled my credit card. My bank has since refunded my the full purchase of the bag & the international exchange rate as well. Now to the real Radley website to make my purchase!
