Why can they never deliver anything on time? They seem to blame always UPS, but they decide when to ship the orders, so that makes no sense.

Did the same thing to me! Who, wants to eat anything that has been un-refrigerated in a box for 5 days!

It is called GREED they PROMISE MORE than they can DELIVER Plus, it takes them a DAY to take your MONEY... But when they screw up... it takes them 10+ working days to REFUND IT! Explain That 1 ( how do I know?)
THEY did NOT get my order to me as PROMISED and 5 days transit time on 2nd day AIR they SOLD me... was the final DEAL BREAKER... and holiday Smasher!
