Hi Angela! Our whole turkeys are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. From thawed, take the turkey out of the refrigerator and remove from bag. Place in a roasting pan breast side up then loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until warm. Carve, serve and refrigerate unused portions immediately.
From frozen, preheat over to 350°. Remove turkey from bag and place in roasting pan breast side up then loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 4 - 4 1/2 hours or until warm. Carve, serve and refrigerate unused portions immediately.

I wish I did! Instead you get stuck on the phone waiting for 30-40 minutes and then they hang up on you! Trust me…I'm right with you! My Thanksgiving meal that was ordered on 10/31 was ruined!
