I don't understand the double booking insurance. If Home Away mistakenly double books, would we not be entitled to a refund?

Sorry I don't know. I do not allow them to book my place out, I accept the enquiries & guests use our booking forms & terms & conditions, that way there is no confusion. However much they press us to change to them taking the booking & collecting the money, I will refuse to go along the route. I think this is better for customer.

I would never again book with this company at all! They will just rip you off. What does it say about a company that charged you if they over book!

Do not give them any extra money it is a scam as far as I am concerned. They can cancel and these people keep the money. I booked a house. The owner canceled and refunded the deposit and this company kept insurance deposit. Now I am out $100.00. VIBR is better
