Hi Lacey We ship all of our orders from our Hollar distribution center in Los Angeles, California. After the order is placed the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). Since the holiday's are usually a busier time of the year for all shipping carriers, we recommend that you place your order by December 10th to ensure that your order will be delivered by 12/23.

Do you refund back immediately the amount charged to a customers credit card if you do not ship an item whether it is on back order or out of stock? i do not like store credit and want to know this before i shop. thank you

Hi SE thanks for your interest in Hollar. If we are ever unable to ship an item, a refund is processed directly back to the customer's original method of payment. After a refund is issued, it may take 3-5 business days to post back into your checking account. Items on back order are not refunded, instead they will be shipped as soon as they become available.

We also have a copy writing team that specifically writes all the product descriptions. We're proud to say we do not employ bait and switch marketing tactics. Every product available for purchase is the exact same ones you will receive in your Hollar box. Also, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as PayPal.

I wanted to place an order. but just found our my daughter just cancelled her order with you. after more than a week they are still processing and customer service assured her it would be sent out that day. never happened. she cancelled. so the way i see it after what happened to her and after reading these reviews if i want to order again i cant expect to receive the entire order or have any idea when i would receive the order. maybe your just too busy with all your good prices. i was having alot of fun buying your stuff. i might try again because i have had good experiences with your company. just wanting to know if things are just too over whelming to fill our orders. i too had two different items replaced with things you guys picked for.
