When you order multiple items at one time do they all come in one box? also ordering baby things pacifiers, bottles etc what kind of packaging do they arrrive in?

Hi Cat, Yes they normally would be shipped in one box; however, if you order lots of Hollar items we will ship it in to separate boxes. All items are securely and carefully package with bubble wrap. We try our best to make sure there are no damages. :)

Hi Leighanne, If youre not 100% happy with our products, well gladly accept returns within 365 days of your purchase date. Once you ship the items back to us, please reply to this email with the new tracking number so we can process your refund in a timely manner. Please ship the items back to the following address: Hollar- Return 2601 S. Malt Ave Commerce, CA 90040 Keep in mind, we normally charge a $4.95 restocking fee for return orders. Why does my credit card statement have "recurring charge" after the order i placed with you?

Answer:

Hi R. B. Your bank interprets Hollars billing process as recurring, because Hollar stores your payment information so that you wont have to re-enter your payment information in our app or website every time you place an order with us. Recurring in this particular case does not mean you will be billed a recurring charge or membership fee. Hollar does not have such fees and you will only be charged when you place an order.
