Your bank interprets Hollars billing process as recurring, because Hollar stores your payment information so that you wont have to re-enter your payment information in our app or website every time you place an order with us. Recurring in this particular case does not mean you will be billed a recurring charge or membership fee. Hollar does not have such fees and you will only be charged when you place an order.
