Hi Nancy! Thanks for your interest in Hollar. After an order is placed, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). If youre not 100% happy with our products, well gladly accept returns within 365 days from your order date. Please note you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the items back to us.

My first order Aug 27 shipped Sept 5 (more than half the order no longer available) Expected arrival Sept 15... not even close to 7-10 Days...
