Ive been trying to contact this company for almost a week now. i am starting to believe this website is a scam. my last resort is to contact the bbb.

Yeah they just stopped replying to my emails as well. They may as well be a scam. I just lost 200$ because their website claims they have worry free 7 day returns and then when I contacted them they said no returns and never replied to me again. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else
