My order was confirmed by you on the 3/08/2016 order no. 105982632582. still wating for delivery! this is very worrying as the product has to be kept refrigerated. it's been a week now in transit unfrigerated, they will have lost a lot of tgheir potency.if i don't receive them today i will have my money back please. christine marron

We send all dental orders out same day and shipping is 3 to 5 days. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery service.
