I am not an doctor however it has been shared that the road to health lives in the gut. I have been diagnosed with IBS I've lived with this for years, using holistic and modern northern medicine. I've done colonics for years used teas and breathing exercises and kept a very strict diet and exercise routine, this coupled with bi complete 3 need not use any prescription drug feel better you can feel it in your gut that this will work! #Goodluck
