Despite GunBroker's user agreement, they are fair game for a class action lawsuit. Has anyone else dealt with their deceptive business practices who would be willing to join a lawsuit against these nut jobs?

Has anyone looked at an account for schill bidding the account goes by the name of sedague: 820 positive feedbacks by the same person who's name is sreisel w/ the same generic feedback. Sounds fishy to me.

Answer:
GB treated me poorly (did not even want to hear my side of an issue) and sided with the seller because the seller, who was in the wrong, had spent a lot of money with GB. This is how America operates.

Why doesn't GunBroker have a customer service number. Also you let sellers away with not completing their transactions. If they don't make good on it they should be removed from the site. That will keep honest seller on this site...
