I ordered a router at GSMPHONEDEALS in June 2015 (#48573728), Today (0817) I still have not received any parcel My credit card has been debited with the amount 84,49 Euro The telephone number GSMPHONEDEALS does not function. I am afraid this is a fake website. Does anyone know what to do best? René from Netherlands

I ordered a smartphone weeks ago. The phone was on stock and was supposed to arrive in 5 days, sent form the Netherlands. I've opened several tickets, at the beginning they replied but when the status of my order changed to "Shipped" (without receiving the phone) they stopped replying my tickets. Their contact phone number doesn't work. Also, when paying the phone I wasn't asked for a security code. This company belongs to CKO*VANDADEALS.COM. Don't buy anything from them! Are there some method to recuper money?
I am also waiting for a smartphone Bluboo X6, ordered on june 30th, shipped (?) on july 2nd from nl warehouse (?) and not yet received in France. As many people are in the same situation, the review posted by Juan M. Is very interesting and positive. It would be much more interesting to have some other informations: which product, which warehouse, which country, order date and delivering date... Many thanks, dear Juan, if you could complete your review. I only expect your review is not another fake...

Because its a fake company. They do not answer your tickets. And i ordered my phone 3 weeks ago. Still no phone...
