on 7/22/15I have called my bank and put a dispute towards the charge and i got my money back but they charged me again, so i had to put a dispute again and change the card also.
If you paid via debit card you can initiate charge back via your bank.
I paid with visa debit and I put a charge back in with my bank, with all the supporting evidence, tickets, order receipt and any contact I had with them (even though they didn't respond) and I got my money back that way. So put a chargeback in with your bank or credit card company with all supporting information and you should get the money back. If they try and deliver the phones after that (as if they really would lol) then refuse them.
I paid with VISA. They investigate and Now. Maybe we get our money back. IT is Fraud.
