I ordered a smartphone weeks ago. The phone was on stock and was supposed to arrive in 5 days, sent form the Netherlands. I've opened several tickets, at the beginning they replied but when the status of my order changed to "Shipped" (without receiving the phone) they stopped replying my tickets. Their contact phone number doesn't work. Also, when paying the phone I wasn't asked for a security code. This company belongs to CKO*VANDADEALS.COM. Don't buy anything from them!
Are there some method to recuper money?

I have called my bank and put a dispute towards the charge and i got my money back but they charged me again, so i had to put a dispute again and change the card also.

If you paid via debit card you can initiate charge back via your bank.

I paid with visa debit and I put a charge back in with my bank, with all the supporting evidence, tickets, order receipt and any contact I had with them (even though they didn't respond) and I got my money back that way. So put a chargeback in with your bank or credit card company with all supporting information and you should get the money back. If they try and deliver the phones after that (as if they really would lol) then refuse them.

I paid with VISA. They investigate and Now. Maybe we get our money back. IT is Fraud.
