I do not recommend buying designer goods from this website from my experience.

I've been a customer of Ideel/ideeli since 2010(?). I've ordered a few items from here and I've had no issues with items being fake until my most recent purchase.

I ordered a designer handbag for the first time on May 6th. I received the item on May 23rd and it was not authentic. It wasn't even real leather. The purse was over $1000. The bag was non-returnable. I even chatted with a representative when placing the order. I asked about their authentication process. They said "they take pride in their reputation and stand behind their products and their items are 100% authentic"

I filed a complaint on May 24th through Live Chat. I also emailed their customer support as well. Fortunately, I was able to return the purse after they sent me a return slip on May 26th. I sent it back right away. They received the package on June 1, and I just got my refund back in my account today (June 10th)

I was so disappointed with the product and the entire process. Then I was worried I might be unable to return the item and get my money back. Now that I got it refunded, I'm so relieved and glad. But all this wouldn't have happened if I hadn't purchased anything on Ideel.

I buy shoes on Ideel and everything has been good. Granted, I don't buy expensive designer items, and I only purchase goods that can be returned or things that I don't mind taking a chance on. Also, the wait for items has been fine. They always seem to be shipped within the timeframe stated in the description.

I buy all the time from Ideel and I am satisfied with their prices and quality.

I started shopping here last 11/2011, just had problems receiving different item, I usually buy shoes that I had tried on before buying online. Cynthia was right make sure the item/s is/are returnable. Last month I bought Tom Ford Jennifer black shades from Ideel, felt different the one I tried from Nordstrom. I learn a lesson from it, buy items that can be return!

Minh, - Items from this site are authentic - just make sure it's returnable if it's something you are not sure will fit. I have had delays in credits being posted to my account for returned items which is why you should get a tracking # from the post or ups to follow up if need be. I've been a member since 2008 and still order from here so you should feel safe that you are getting the real thing.

I've ordered from this site numerous times and I can honestly say that I have not had any problems with products or customer service. With that being said I would recommend ordering from this site. Good luck to you

They sell nothing fake. But their customer service is the worst out there. It never used to be this bad before they got acquired by groupon. Sadly ideeli has yet to redeem themselves in my eyes. It's a shame they can't just fix their customer service.

Yes -- my only problem was with customer service (and that was just once in many years). I've ordered many (way too many!) shoes on here and nothing was fake. They usually state shipping dates upfront and they're pretty reliable. They also offer tracking information once shipped. Hope that helps.
