My few uses of Groupon went off without a hitch, so I have not had to use their refunds or anything. My friend and I have used Groupons for restaurants and tourist attractions in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and in Dalton, Georgia, and have never been treated in an unfriendly way. Our Groupons were honored. My one other use of Groupon was for Shutterfly, a business that I already knew, and I did get a very good offer--interestingly so, since there was no "group" usage about it--I did not have to share the Groupon or get anyone else to use one. Still, any coupon is only as good as the business that offers it. A bad business may offer a bad deal. Also, other cities may not be as friendly as Chattanooga--I have no way of knowing. My experience has been good, but I've only used Groupons twice, and took advantage of a friend's Groupons maybe 5 or 6 times.

I would call Groupon tell them what you bought (should have a confirmation email if you don't remember the items or date) I put the email in my personal folder called Groupon purchases or purchases on the net.) I order from them often. They keep track of orders also and when they are done some are auto mailed from the Manufacture. I find them very reliable. I bought 5 very nice tablets for my ggrands for $39.00 each that showed retail value of well over 150.00 each had a small problem with one, I called, they immediately sent me a postage pd label (I asked for one) sent it back to the mfg, I had another back in just a few days about six days
Turn around!

I don't understand why people say Groupon is not a good deal. I have literally used Groupons for ever and anytime I have been unable to use one Groupon has given me back my money. They are awesome.

Read the conditions, look at the website, check the business hours, & before buying the Groupon, call them and say you bought a Groupon for the business & would like to schedule appointment. If you can get the appointment before waiting a long time, or be able to book online with a confirmation, you are good to GH o. Don't print the coupon! Just show it to them from your phone. This way if business can't uphold the Groupon deal for any reason, you can get a refund. Don't give the business your Groupon code UK until after use.

I just made a Groupon purchase today and I could not redeem it. I contacted Groupon and they promptly refunded my money. But as everyone says read and reread all the fine print. Also be aware of the fact that sometimes there are shipping charges from the vendor that are not mentioned anywhere making it not such a good deal.

I purchased some for winter wonderland last Dec aa soon ax you pay you a voucher is put on it and tells you if you prin or just have scan
I couldn't print and callrd. I was on hold a fes minutes but the lady that helped me stayed on phone and walked me thru printing.
I has no problems. I did read about the sites were selling more than they could do and only did on. Drain days. But I would call the place I wS interested in and ask.
I have bought some poor quality items but just threw them away and donated a couple items. I bought 8 of the canvas prints for last Christmas and it was a club type of sell, lime a monthly thing. I didn't use them and learned to read the deals better. Good luck

I have NEVER had a problem redeeming a coupon which I purchased from Groupon. When I had an issue with a company, Groupon refunded all of my money! I appreciated the fast service and understanding.

Groupon is great. They stand behind their offers. Some of the businesses that offer Groupon deals are crap, but Groupon will refund your money if you request it within their allotted time frame. I trust Groupon.

I have never had a problem but once. I reported the incident to Groupon by telephone immediately, and was issued a refund. Tried to make an appointment with the business. Was disconnected twice, left messages and never received a return call. Called again and then they weren't accepting appointments until 30 days out... had ordered a package which i was afraid all wouldn't be honored due to the difficulty in scheduling. Got a refund within 24 hours. I have had many great experiences with Groupons that were accepted, however. I have used them as gifts 3-4 times and used them myself at least 6 times without a problem.

Most of the people grant it but honestly are not very happy
For a business they pay groupon for every one sold and also give the customer a deal so basically do not make money
One can decide what a business feels when they don't make money

I'm not sure what you mean for your business. If you mean you want to buy some to give to your customers, as long as you give them the voucher no problem. But if they don't use it in the allotted time they will only have what YOU paid for it. Some have a limit on how many you can buy.
