I bought 2 DJi phantom 3 drones Dec. 1st. They shipped Dec 7 and I rec'd one Dec. 10. I immediately emailed them and the next day I rec'd an email stating my order was delivered Dec 10th. Dec. 13th I called customer service and explained that Fedex only picked up one item. They apologized for their error and said they would have to send this info to another dept. to investigate but I probably won't get the other item until after Christmas. Item in stock and paid for Dec. 1st and they can't get the item to me in 25 days. There has to be someone at that company with common sense enough to say, "Ship that order TODAY and we will figure out the details tomorrow." I even offered to pay for another one while they figure it out. Who can I speak to who has the power to fix this. Surely Rich Williams would not endorse this breach of integrity.
