Do yourself a favor and do NOT sign up for this lousy service. I found the quality to be poor. Photos are blurry and bluish. I prefer to download photos through my Walgreens app and pick them up at my convenience. Not as cheap as Groovebook but photos are wonderful.

How to get password and i want cancel because they keep charging me twice in sept..

It was a real nightmare to cancel, they are not helpful at all and I had to call My credit card company to put a stop because they will kept charging me. They took a long time to respond and when they did it was a automatic message each time. After I put a stop on my credit card then they started sending me emails to upgrade my credit card. The wanted to charge me more. Its sad how the Shark Tank investors are allowing this

The best thing to do is call your credit card or bank company, let them know the you will no longer authorize "this company to take payments out of your account. That will put a fast stop to this madness. It is your right to protect your money

My photos are too dark

I agree, the photos are worse than ever! Dark, not crisp images and look nothing like the pics on my phone. I have been with GB for about a year, thinking of canceling and now after reading all the reviews scared at the potential issues and drama to just cancel my subscription!

Has anyone tried to cancel groovebook? this will be my 4th attempt today. i've cancelled because i've been charged 6 times already but only received 2 books. i guess canceling a subscription means you don't get the product but you get charged still

If you forget to load 100 photos before your closing date each month, you will not receive a book but you still get charged every month - regardless of whether you load the pictures or not. So to get the most out of it, be sure to load 100 photos each month before your closing date.

I had order pictures of june 16 and i paid for my order now it's been more then 10 -12 days

Answer:

Groovebooks take a few weeks to process and then the mailing is the cheapest mailing rate which takes the longest which is why the original groovebook was so great. You will get your book give it a week or so if you havent gotten it as of yet. This is definitely not something you want to order if you need it in a rush job.

There are no phone numbers, actually, if i remember correctly there weren't numbers before they sold out either but they answered their emails right away. Anyway, info@groovebook.com and billing@groovebook.com

How do i cancel my membership and stop the payment deduction from my debit card?

Answer:

First: contact your bank and tell them to stop the automated deduction of your debit card. Then call sucky Groovebook and tell them to stop taking the automated deduction--- may I assume you've already tried to get them to stop, but they haven't honored your request? Several people have had problems when they did not want to do business with GB anymore. Tell Groovebook you'll make a formal complaint to your state's Attorney General and another to the Better Business Bureau if they do not comply.

They (Groovebook) have NO phone number... only email... which usually gets you a generic scripted reply. Only time I got what seemed to be a real response was when I bashed them on their FB page... which was too late for me... I was way past being done with them... sad... because the product was amazing BE FORE Shutterfly bought it.
