Can greendot keep the funds in account of they close it

I got my own resolved and I was able to access my funds send a mail greendothelpcentre@aol.com for a fast response and solution.

Why should they keep money that's not there's there doing everything they can to make me stop calling but it's not going to work I want my SS money back
